FBI Arrests Jayant Patel on Australian Charge

On Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at approximately 7:30 a.m., FBI agents arrested JAYANT PATEL, age 57, at his Washington County (Oregon) home. The arrest was without incident.

PATEL will make his initial appearance before Magistrate Dennis J. Hubel Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the U.S. District Courthouse in Portland.
